Your New Role as Financial Controller:
This newly created Financial Controller position reports directly to the Head of Finance and you will be responsible for leading the finance team. Specific duties will include:
• Review of management accounts production
• Leading the year end process, being the primary point of contact for external bodies including auditors
• Production of budgets and forecasts
• Cashflow management
• Management of the finance team, being responsible for their training and development
• Provision of ad hoc analysis and reports for senior management to aid effective decision making
Experience & Qualifications Required to Apply:
To be considered for this Financial Controller position, you will be a fully qualified finance professional (CIMA/ACCA/ACA), with knowledge of the manufacturing sector, preferably within a Group business structure. With strong leadership and staff management skills, you will also demonstrate strong systems skills including MS Excel with the ability to enhance existing systems and processes.
This newly created Financial Controller position provides a good level of autonomy and leadership, whilst remaining hands on across many areas of technical finance.
