We are looking for an individual who is looking to join a company for the foreseeable and progress within as they grow further in the region.
The Role:
This is an Finishing Manager / Foreman role and is open to individuals with experience on new build residential projects. You will have worked as a finishing foreman or manager on projects over £10m and ideally have a background in joinery. As the Finishing Foreman / Manager you will be ensuring all sub-contractors and trades are completing sections to the highest quality and ensure snagging reports are kept up-to-date in a timely manner. You will be expected to manage sub-contractors, trades and sections of the build while dealing with the client on a daily basis. You will have an overview of general site activities, health and safety, sub-contractors, trades and labour. Dealing with clients, engineers and architects.
