Requirements:
• Relevant Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent experience
• Previous fast fit out knowledge/experience
• Self-motivated, friendly, sociable, and driven
• Willingness to drive to and mainly work on various sites
• Full driving license
• Commercially aware
• Ability to tender or negotiate work

• Produce tenders for new projects
• Produce accurate take offs for projects
• Produce and update of procurement schedules for all projects
• Prepare the required documents to issue to subcontractors to enable them to tender effectively for works packages
• Identify appropriate subcontractors for all aspects of works
• Assist in the financial appraisal of new opportunities
• Work closely with architects and other professionals
• Navigate and understand building codes
• Process paperwork and travel to building sites as required
• Monitor construction processes
