Working hours - 8-5 Mon-Fri
Location - Castleford

This leader in equipment hire is currently searching for a trainee or experienced Fleet Coordinator / Administrator (wheeled assets) to bolster operations in West Yorkshire. This role will assist the depot manager in the day-to-day transport planning for multi-drop and Adhoc deliveries and collections. As the company is expanding throughout the UK, this would be a fantastic opportunity to join this client.

This client is accepting experienced or inexperienced Fleet Coordinators. Full training can be provided for a candidate with potential

Day-to-Day Duties
* Supporting senior management with fleet and driver compliance
* Assuring timed deliveries are planned accordingly
* Planning the activity for drivers to ensure productivity is within driving hours
* Effectively communicating with clients

Essential Skills/Experience
* An administration qualification
* Competent with MS Office

Skills/Experience
* Good postcode awareness preferential (does not require detailed postcode knowledge)
* Able to adapt to Adhoc job planning requests
* Attention to detail/discrepancies/problem solving
* Excellent organizational skills
* Geographical knowledge of the UK
