My client is a Building Main Contractor who are constructing a state-of-the-art building in Colchester. They are in the market for a Design Manager to work as part of the in house design team along with the wider project team. Whilst following the correct procedures inline with the client's Standard Approval Processes you will implement and lead the processes that enable the design to be challenged and interrogated with all stakeholders, and to enable risks to be reduced.

The ideal candidate have:

- A Build Engineering Contracting background.
- Proven experience working in a Design Manager capacity.
