My Client are a Tier 1 Main Contractor operating within the Construction Build Sector on projects from £30m - £80m in value. Due to a period of growth in the Yorkshire region there is a requirement for x2 Freelance Finishing Managers / Snagging Managers to work on a city center high rise apartment scheme.

SUMMARY
Managing trades ensuring the fit out is completed with a high quality finish for a snag free handover once the project is complete.

DUTIES:
• Reporting to Senior Site Manager / Project Manager
• Responsible for fit out/snagging of 1 of 2 blocks
• Ensuring works are being carried out in line with programme
• Maintain highest levels of health and safety
• Maintain reports, diaries, snag lists etc
• Attend site meetings

CANDIDATE
• CSCS / SMSTS / First Aid
• Relevant experience on fit-out/snagging on projects £20m +
• Experience on fit out of high-rise building managing multiple trades
• From a joinery/carpentry background
• Good eye for detail
• Good communication written and verbal
