Freelance Finishing Manager Inside IR35

£270 - £300 per shift (Depending on experience)

My Client are a Large Main Contractor operating nationally from various regional offices delivering Major Projects within the Building Sector values £20m - £80m+. The company are experiencing a period of growth and expansion which has resulted in the requirement for an experienced Freelance Finishing Manager for works on a High-Rise Apartment scheme in Leeds.

THE ROLE
Reporting to a Project Manager, the successful Freelance Finishing Manager will be responsible for managing and delivering internal fit out packages on a 22 storey apartment block ensuring quality and H&S is maintained throughout.

DUTIES:
• Reporting to a Site Based Project Manager
• Responsible for managing and delivering the internal Packages for the project
• Responsible for snagging
• Managing Sub-Contractors and Site Operatives
• Working from drawings, delegating workload and controlling the flow of information
• Attending Site Meetings and Client Meetings
• Inductions and Toolbox Talks
• Ensuring quality is met throughout the project
• Ensure works are carried out in line with H&S procedures

THE IDEAL CANDDIATE
• CSCS / SMSTS / First Aid are all essential for the role
• Experience working for a Main Contractor as a Freelance Finishing Manager
• Experience on internal packages on high-rise projects
• Experience working on projects values at £20m+
• Able to use iPad and Field view for Snagging
• Ideally able to use 4Projects for drawings and document storage
