The client I am working with have an excellent reputation for delivering high quality RC Frame and Slipform Projects nationwide. They are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Project Manager to join our team for a challenging and exciting RC Frame and Slipform High Rise project in the heart of Leeds.

DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a dynamic and highly skilled Freelance Project Manager with a strong background in managing RC frame and slipform high rise construction projects. In this position, you will play a critical role in overseeing all aspects of the project, ensuring its successful completion within the specified timeline and budget.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide leadership and direction to the project and engineering team.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Procure necessary materials and equipment, ensuring they are delivered on time.
• Monitor and control project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays.
• Maintain open communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure work meets high industry standards.
• Oversee subcontractor agreements, payments, and performance.
• Provide accurate and timely project reporting to senior management.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field would be preferred
• Proven experience in managing RC frame and slipform high rise projects.
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
