My client is a civils main contractor with an annual turnover in excess of £100m. They currently have a number of civils projects in Portsmouth and the surrounding area, and are in the market for a freelance Project Quantity Surveyor to support the existing commercial function. The minimum expected duration for this position is 24 months.

The ideal candidate will have:
• Project experience including: roads, drainage, earthworks, bridges/structures, remediation, s38/s278 works, flood alleviation, culverts etc.
• Contract knowledge - NEC3&4 options A-C, ICE, JCT.
• Main & regional contractor background.
