My client is a Civils Main Contractor with an annual turnover in excess of £500m. They currently have a high number of Civils schemes ranging from £10m up to £100m in the South West of England. At present they are in the market for a freelance quantity surveyor for a major scheme in Cornwall.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Project experience including: roads, drainage, earthworks, remediation, s38/s278 works, flood alleviation, culverts etc.
• Contract knowledge - NEC3 option C, ICE, JCT
• Main & regional contractor background
