My client is a National Main Contractor currently working with their JV partners to provide design & build solutions on a £multi-billion Thames Water improvements programme. The Commercial Lead is in the market for a Freelance Senior QS to provide commercial management and support a number of legacy projects across London. This will be a 12-month minimum assignment and is paying competitive rates.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A fully conversant understanding of NEC forms of contract.
• A main contracting background.
• Proven Civil Engineering or MEP experience in the Water sector.
• Strong Analytical and Data interpretation skills.
