Kenton Black are working with a large, privately owned main contractor. They have been awarded a major project and are in need of a freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to help run the commercial function.

You will be based on site for a minimum of 12 months reporting directly into the Commercial Lead.

Skill & Responsibilities:

- Managing the commercial process
- Procurement and on-going management of sub-contractors
- Valuations/variations, change control management
- Final accounts
- Monthly CVRs
- Client facing

Key information:

· Peterborough, 12 month contract
· NEC contract experience (essential)
· Major project experience (desirable)
