Freelance Site Agent (Water)
Yorkshire
Start: Late July / Early August
Duration: 30 weeks
Rates: £320 - £350 Per Shift (DoE)

My Client are a Civil Engineering Contractor based in Yorkshire working in various sectors of civil engineering; Water, Highways General Civils and Infrastructure. They have a requirement for an experience Freelance Site Agent from a Water/Civils background.

THE ROLE:
My Client are on the Yorkshire Water AMP 7 Framework and have more works being released from late July onwards across the Yorkshire Region. They are looking for an ongoing Freelance Site Agent for civils schemes on water projects across Yorkshire.

DUTIES:
• Responsible for running site operations reporting to a visiting Project Manager
• Ensuring all site operations are in adherence to programme specifications
• Ensure all H&S and Quality standards are maintained at all times
• Coordinate Engineers, Managers, Forman, labour and suppliers
• Monitor progress, maintain reports and diaries repot to Contracts Manager
• Work closely with commercial team
• Conduct site inspection to ensure compliance to programme specifications and quality
• Resolve onsite challenges and technical issues liaison with design team to produce solutions
• Responsible for RAMS, Method Statements, Permits, ITPs etc

THE CANDIDATE:
• Freelance Site Agent Experienced in Civils works for Water Sector
• A Confident site leader
• Relevant water sector experience
• A clear communicator (written & verbal)
• A Confident decision maker able to trouble shoot on offer solutions to technical challenges
• CSCS / SMSTS / First Aid
