My Client are Construction Main Contractor operating across various construction build sectors. There is a requirement for an experienced Freelance Site Engineer for the External Works Package on a High-Rise Residential Scheme in the heart of Sheffield.

SCOPE OF WORKS:
The successful candidate will be responsible for setting out the following:
• Paving / Foot Paths
• Kerbing
• Gullies / some small Drainage works
• Outdoor communal areas
• Block paving
• Surfacing
• Car Park
• Street furniture
• Entrance ways

DUTIES:
• Reporting to Site Manager Responsible for all site setting out
• Produce As-Built Surveys
• Ensure works are carried out in line with programme
• Work to a high level of H&S

REQUIREMENTS:
• Previous Experience working on External Works Packages
• Able to use modern robotic total station
• Ideally based in or close to Sheffield

ESSENTIALS:
• CSCS
• Must have own Laptop & AutoCAD
• Able to use Leica Robotic Total Station
