Freelance Site Engineer (Outside IR35)
York / Yorkshire

Duration: 15-20 weeks
My Client are a Civils and Infrastructure Contractor operating throughout Yorkshire and the North of England. Do to increased workload on a large scheme in York there is a requirement for an experienced Freelance Site Engineer for setting out and QA as part of a Local Authority Highways Scheme.
The Role:
As a Freelance Site Engineer you will be responsible for setting out Drainage/Deep Drainage and Associated Civils as part of a new Carriageway/Road.
DUTIES:
• Setting out
• Quality Assurance
• As-Built Surveys
• Update and maintain records and reports
• Attend site meetings
EXPERIENCE
• Experience as a Site Engineer working for a Civils Contractor
• Experienced in setting out drainage packages on highways schemes
• Confident in the use of modern setting out equipment
• Able to read from drawings
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Able to use MS Office
• CSCS is essential
