Freelance Site Manager

My Client are a Civils and RC Contractor operating in the Northeast and Yorkshire regions that have an immediate requirement for a Freelance Site Manager for a 30 week scheme in the Teesside area.

The project is part of an on-shore convertor and the scope of works is the construction of a 12m high blast wall.

As a Site Manager, the successful Freelance Site Manager will be responsible for:

• Managing Day to Day Activities
• Liaison with the Main Contractor
• Ensuring works are carried out in line with company procedure
• Implement H&S and ensure this is adhered to
• Complete reports and site diaries
• Report to a visiting Project Manager

The successful candidate will:

• Ideally come from a Shuttering Joinery background
• Experience in working with Reinforce Concrete
• A confident communicator
• CSCS / SMSTS / First Aid are essential for the role
