My Client are a Yorkshire based Main Contractor / Regional Contractor operating throughout Yorkshire and the Northeast. They have a requirement for a Freelance Site Manager for a Retail Refurbishment Project and Façade (Frontage) upgrade.

THE ROLE / SCOPE OF WORKS:
• Internal Strip out of existing store
• Some steel supports
• Demolition of exiting store frontage and signage
• Installation of new frontage / Signage / Cladding

DUTIES:
• Number 1 on site
• Daily Management of all Site Activities
• Monitor on site Heath and Safety
• Monitor and manager trades on site
• Inductions and toolbox talks
• Reports and diaries
• Site meetings
• Liaison with Commercial Team

ESSENTIAL
• CSCS / SMSTS / First Aid are all essential for the role
