Rate: £250 - £300 Per Day (DOE) Outside IR35
Start Date: August 2023

Kenton Black is recruiting for the role of Site Manager for our award-winning client based in Coventry. This project is the development and refurbishment of waterworks and sewerage treatment works. This Project is £2,000,000 in value and is scheduled run for 34 weeks. A lot of future schemes planned so there is certainly longevity with this role for the right candidate.

To be successful you must have; First Aid, CSCS card, SMSTS, and other relevant certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities:
· Day to day running of the site.
· Management of two Site Supervisors
· Health and Safety Assessments
· Risk Assessments and Method Statements
· Maintaining the Programme
· Material Call Offs
· Weekly Client Meeting
