Job Title: Freelance Site Manager
Project: Water Infrastructure
Location: Mansfield
Rate: £250 - £300 Per Day (DOE) Outside IR35
Hours: 07:30AM – 17:30PM (Monday - Friday)
Start Date: September 2023

Kenton Black is recruiting for the role of Site Manager for our award-winning client based in Mansfield. This project is the development and refurbishment of waterworks and sewerage treatment works.

This Project is £2,000,000 in value and is scheduled run for 34 weeks. A lot of future schemes planned so there is certainly longevity with this role for the right candidate.

To be successful you must have; First Aid, CSCS card, SMSTS, and other relevant certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities:
• Day to day running of the site.
• Management of two Site Supervisors
• Health and Safety Assessments
• Risk Assessments and Method Statements
• Maintaining the Programme
• Material Call Offs
• Weekly Client Meeting
