My Client are a forward thinking design and build main contractor with an excellent reputation for quality delivery and Client focus. The Company deliver exceptional high rise residential and commercial projects many of which are for repeat partners.

Due to increased workload in the Yorkshire Region, there is a requirement for an experienced Freelance Site Manager for a challenging apartment and retail project in the centre of Leeds.

THE ROLE:
• Reporting to the Senior Project Manager responsible for all daily site activities
• Manage and liaise with Sub-Contractors
• Liaise with Client and 3rd Party Stake Holders
• Mange the Demolition phase of the project
• Manage on site logistics
• Read and implement drawings
• Ensure all works are carried out in lie with company procedure
• Ensure H&S standards are maintained at all times
• Attend Site Meetings
• Inductions and Tool Box Talks
• Produce weekly progress reports and maintain other back office records

THE CANDIDATE
• From a Main Contractor background experience on projects £20m+
• A track record of delivering city centre high rise projects
• Some experience in demolition would be preferred
• Strong and confident leader with a team mentality
• CSCS / SMSTS / First Aid are essential for the role
• Asbestos Awareness would be preferred
