My Client are a Civil Engineering and Infrastructure Principle Contractor operating throughout Yorkshire and East Riding. With a strong orderbook of works they have a requirement for an experienced Freelance Civils Site Manager for Public Realm works in Hull.

THE ROLE:
• Reporting to a Project Manager responsible for day to day site activities
• Scope of works includes: RC Walls / Drainage / Ducting / Paving / Pathways etc
• Ensuring H&S is maintained at all times to the highest level
• Liaising with Client, Sub-Contractors, Commercial and planning teams
• Attending Site Meetings
• Liaison with 3rd Party Stakeholders
• Ensuring daily production is met
• Maintain daily and weekly reports and records
• Inductions / Toolbox Talks

THE CANDIDATE
• Experience as a Freelance Civils Site Manager
• Experience in Public Realm works
• Confident communicator both written and verbal
• Strong ICT Skills
• CSCS / SMSTS / First Aid are all essential for the role
