ROLE: Site Manager
PROJECT: Large Distribution Units
LOCATION: Sutton-in-Ashfield
CONTRACT LENGTH: 6 months +
RATE: £250 - £300 per day (outsideIR35)
START: Middle of June

An award wining main contractor is seeking to appoint a Site Manager to assist on a large industrial development in Sutton-in-Ashfield. This project is likely to run through to the end of the year. The role is to support a Project manager and Senior Site Manager with the build element of 2 large industrial units totalling 300,000 sq ft.

To be successful you MUST have main contracting experience and you MUST have worked on industrial / distribution units previously.
