Freelance Site Manager (Water)

My Client are a Main Contractor working on the Yorkshire Water Framework for civils and construction works. Due to more works being released there is a need for a Freelance Site Manager who is experienced in civil engineering schemes on Water sector projects.

The Role:
As a Freelance Site Manager you will report to either a Site Agent or Project Manager and be responsible for day to day site activities on a range of Civil Engineering projects within the Water Sector including but not limited to; RC and concrete works, Drainage, Bases, Ducting, Roads, Walls, Retaining Solutions, Pipes etc.

The Candidate
• CSCS / SMSTS / First Aid are all essential for the role
• Previous Experience working within the Water Sector ideally on framework lead projects
• Solid understanding of civil engineering works
• Excellent communication both written and verbal
• Confident in client liaison
• Driving License and vehicle able to travel in the Yorkshire Region
