Selby Office – Covering Yorkshire Region
Sector: Groundworks / Civils
£25k - £28k + Car Allowance + Package (Depending on Level and Experience)

Following a great meeting with my Client an established Civils Sub-Contractor covering the Yorkshire Region on various civils and groundworks schemes, they have identified that they are looking to grow their commercial team.

The next addition to the team is an Assistant/Graduate Quantity Surveyor to cover General civils and infrastructure, Roads and Sewers, Access Roads, Groundworks for Commercial Projects. The client will consider candidates who are newly qualified and ideally (but not essential) have had placement experience.

Duties:
• Cost management
• Sub-Contract management
• Measures
• Variations
• Take offs

The Candidate
• Relevant Quantity Surveying / Construction related degree / HND
• Experience for a Civils/Groundworks Sub-Contractor
• Able to work from their Selby office and travel to sites in the Yorkshire Region
• Understanding of NEC Contracts
