Graduate Sales Executive
Manchester – Hybrid
£27,000 basic salary + commission scheme + Full training provided
Our client, an analytical testing firm, is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual with a Life Science background to join our team as a Graduate Sales Executive with their base in Manchester. This Graduate Sales Executive has a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced and rapidly growing industry with massive analytical capabilities, helping clients to solve complex problems and improve their operations with labs in Manchester. Initially, you will spend 1 or 2 days a week in the office with the remaining days flexible to work from home.
Job role:
• Manage and develop relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Develop and execute strategies to grow the company's client base
• Work with technical staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services to clients
• Understand and communicate client needs and requirements to internal teams
• Achieve revenue targets and meet KPIs
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Science or a related field
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Willingness to travel as needed
