A successful manufacturing Group in Cumbria have partnered exclusively with Kenton Black Finance as they seek to appoint an experienced Head of Finance.

Now is an exciting time to become part of this business as they enter a dedicated period of transformation and change to further enhance existing systems, processes and procedures. The new Head of Finance will be a key player in driving change and continual improvements.
Your New role as Head of Finance:
Reporting directly to a highly experienced CFO, as Head of Finance you will oversee the Group finance function, leading the team whilst remaining hands on and being a key player in a number of key projects.
Some duties include leading the year end statutory accounting process and the audit coordination from planning to completion; taking ownership for the Group’s consolidated budgeting and forecasting process; cash and treasury management; manage and enhance all existing systems and providing ad hoc support as the business enters a new phase of change and transformation.
Experience & Qualifications Required to Apply:
To be considered, you must be fully qualified (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) and senior level experience within the manufacturing sector is advantageous. Excellent leadership capability is imperative with the ability to drive and motivate others. Technically strong, you will be proven in a similar level role with good business partnering, influencing and challenging skills to use as required.
Salary and Reward on Offer:
