Description

I am working with an industry-leading civil Engineering client who is searching for an engaging and proactive IMS Manager to manage and co-ordinate all aspects of the company’s Integrated Management Systems. This is an incredible opportunity to join a market-leading construction company engaged in world-leading projects. where investment in their people’s skills and knowledge is integral to their success.

This role would ideally suit a qualified internal auditor in 9001, 14001, and 45001. But this not essential.

Key responsibilities will include:

ISO 9001 Quality ISO 14001 Environmental Management OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety

Reporting to the Head of HSSE on the performance of the management systems and including recommendations for improvement

Lead internal audits on the application of IMS

Participate in external audits on the application of IMS

Promote Company Best practices & Lessons learned

Champion the application of the QMS across all offices and disciplines

Maintain External Accreditations

Agree IMS standards

Provide links and prompts to co-dependencies such as Workday; competence management etc

Consolidate IMS, launch and communicate

Maintain the IMS, in consultation with internal and external stakeholder input

Verify existing system audit tool & improve to align to new IMS

Provide quarterly and annual updates for internal customers knowledge & use

As such we would like you to have:

Qualified ISO Auditor

Previous experience in integrating management systems

Self-motivated and driven to succeed, focused on results and passionate about quality

Deliver results within given deadlines

Ability to set priorities, goals and timetables to achieve maximum productivity

Work in and collaborate with different teams to accomplish a task or achieve result

Excellent standard of written/spoken English and good presentation skills

Strong leadership skills, communicates effectively and has the ability to engage successfully with others

What's in it for you?

£35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
