Our client is currently recruiting for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join the Yorkshire Commercial team to start on a scheme in North Yorkshire. They are established in the region with work for the next 3-5 years secured.

Role/requirements as follows:

• Final accounts
• Sub-contractors tendering
• Sub -contractors payment
• Cost plans
• Valuations
• Variations
• Cost reporting
