Description

A well-established estate agency is currently recruiting for an internal talent acquisition specialist to join their fast-growing UK team on a permanent basis. This role covers multiple companies across the group with 600 employees and over 100 branches.

This role will be office-based near Canterbury initially and will offer hybrid working once established. Salary is £30,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on your experience.

The ideal candidate for this role will have strong, solid experience in the end-to-end recruitment cycle, creating candidate pipelines, networking, briefing, internal stakeholder management, and after-care.

In this role, you will manage and improve the full cycle recruitment process, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, as well as building out critical skill pipelines. You will have the opportunity to play an integral part in increasing talent attraction efforts.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Bring your ideas to the table and drive change both for your own recruitment practice and organization
Engage directly with managers and own the full recruitment process end to end
Manage the candidate experience from first impression through to contract signing and onboarding
Identify opportunities and run improvement projects which increase quality and recruitment speed
Drive new talent attraction initiatives and improve existing ones, including brand engagement, advertising, career fairs, and headhunting

Requirements:
Solid experience managing the attraction and recruitment process for professionals end to end, ideally with some exposure to sales or technical positions
Good understanding of candidate management
Strong prioritization skills and the ability to deliver effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience and success using various Head Hunting methods and comfortable in making direct contact with candidates
Prior involvement with social media activity
You will be positive, participative, self-confident and self-starting and be keen to become an expert in your field. You will be looking for a varied and interesting role and be flexible and adaptable
Previous experience of using Recruitment Applicant Tracking Systems

What's in it for you?

Work Pattern: Monday to Friday 5 days per week 08.45 -17.30
