Internal Sales Representative


£35,000 + Bonus + Great benefits including hybrid working

Kenton Black are delighted to offer this position which would suit an early careers salesperson looking to develop their personal growth and make their mark in an exciting, fast moving industry.

The ideal candidate will either have a background in scientific or technical sales, or possess a degree level education in a scientific subject combined with some sales experience. You should be comfortable speaking to clients on the phone, over Teams/Zoom, and communicating by email to build and maintain effective working relationships. We are looking for driven individuals who are motivated by growth and achieving targets, and who are willing to continually challenge themselves and work on continuous professional development.

Duties and responsibilities:
- You will be the primary point of contact for SME clients, handling commercial negotiations and technical enquiries
- Maintain regular contact with key stakeholders within existing client companies
- Pro-actively follow up on business leads to identify new potential customers
- Develop your own sales skills for future professional growth
- Develop your knowledge in the specialist chemicals which the company provides, in order to better advise customers
- Occasional travel for business is required and therefore a driving license would be needed
