Purpose - To deliver NRSWA Streetworks courses

I am currently searching for an Internal Trainer for a construction business near Romford. You will deliver face-face and online training to groups of employees working towards an accredited qualifications. After identifying their strengths and weaknesses through initial assessment, you will support them accordingly on their journey within the company. The successful candidate will be flexible with their delivery methods to adapt quickly to learners’ needs. As part of this role, you must be engaging and able to demonstrate energy and passion to motivate/train learners to help them realise their potential. As part of the teaching and learning you will be required to assist learners with all aspects of the courses and deliver advice and guidance to enable learners to make informed decisions about their future goals. You will follow teaching and learning plans but have the autonomy to make them your own in order to deliver encouraging, nurturing, and motivating training.

Responsibilities

To deliver, assess, coordinate and collate all feedback and test papers for internal courses.
Delivery of courses to industry standards.
Principal Duties and Accountabilities:
The training element of the work gives staff the skills, knowledge, understanding, practical skills, and motivation to carry out work-related tasks.
The Training Instructor is to assist in making sure that the needs of the trainee/s are met, and any follow-up requirements are met on time.
Support the Training Manager in the management, development, delivery, and quality assurance of all learning and development in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
Ensure the development work relates more to the ongoing, long-term continuous professional development and improvement of employees so that they can fulfil their potential within the organization.

General Duties:

Identifying learning and development needs
Designing and developing learning and development programs based on industry and on individual needs
Working in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all parties including line managers and senior managers
Devising individual learning plans
Producing training materials for courses and inductions
Delivery of learning and development programs
Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees by using questionnaires and through discussions with managers
Ensuring that statutory training requirements are met
Produce training materials and manuals for courses
Keep up to date with developments in training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years experience
NRSWA Streetworks Unit 1-9 & 10-16
D32 / D33 or AI
Competent in use of MS Word and Office Outlook
L3/4 Training and Development Qualification
Qualifications in programs being delivered
EUSR Trainer accredited (Ideally but not required)
Governing Body accredited
