£30k - £40k + Car Allowance + Package (Depending on Level and Experience)

Following a great meeting with my Client, an established regional contractor who specialise in new build and refurbishment projects up to £5m, it has been identified that with the amount of tender flow currently and with their plans for growth, that a role for a junior estimator has arisen.

Working within the commercial team you will be assisting a senior estimator with the following:

• Preparation and negotiation of tenders submission
• Measuring and Quantity Take-Off from drawings
• Producing Bills of Quantities
• Sourcing pre-project information
• Analysing sub-contractor quotations and checking inclusions and exclusions
• Produce Tender report
• Ensure tender is delivered to the appropriate place on time
• Attend pre and post tender interviews, client meetings
