Junior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Life Science graduate to join a leading Pharmaceutical CRO as a junior Project Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing a portfolio of analytical documentation produced by a range of analytical and characterisation techniques.

We are particularly interested in hearing from recent life science graduates who are passionate about project management and have good communication skills as they're committed to providing training and support to help the successful candidate grow in this role.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee a portfolio of analytical documentation produced by a range of techniques, ensuring that they meet the required quality standards
- Liaise with clients to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Manage project risks and issues, and proactively identify solutions
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including analytical and quality control teams, to ensure successful project delivery
- Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders regarding project progress
- Participate in business development activities, including proposal development and client presentations

Requirements:

- A degree in life sciences or a related field
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and identify solutions
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Project
