Key account advisor

Kenton Black is a recruitment partner to a global food testing laboratory who are looking for a key account advisor to join their expanding team in Wolverhampton. This person will be responsible in resolving customer queries and liaising with the external customers.

Key responsibilities

Responsible for managing all key account activities
Drive key account activities to raise profitability
To own all commercial sales from your key accounts
Responsible for delivering business strategy with the objective growing your specific customer base
Responsible for gathering relevant market information regarding competitors
First point of contact for all external client enquires

Requirements

Degree in Science or equivalent
Excellent experience in working a food testing laboratory ( chemistry or microbiology)
Excellent experience in speaking with external clients and liaising with customers
Experience in sales is desired
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication and written skills
