Job Title: LC Specialist
Locations: North West, UK

Role Description: As an LC Specialist, you will play a vital role in our analytical division, contributing to the accurate and timely delivery of results through Liquid Chromatography (LC) analysis. Your expertise in LC methodologies and instrumentation will be instrumental in maintaining the high standards of our analytical services. Collaborating with a dynamic team of scientists and analysts, you will ensure that our clients receive the precise data they need for informed decision-making.

Responsibilities:
• Perform routine and advanced LC analyses on various samples, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize LC instrumentation for optimal performance and precise results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline sample workflow and facilitate accurate data interpretation.
• Participate in the development, validation, and optimization of new LC methods, staying updated with advancements in analytical technology.
• Document and communicate analytical findings accurately, preparing comprehensive reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Uphold a safe and organized laboratory environment, strictly adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience (3+ years) working with LC instrumentation and analytical techniques.
• Strong grasp of chromatographic principles, method development, troubleshooting, and instrument maintenance.
• Familiarity with data analysis software and the ability to interpret complex analytical data.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Collaborative mindset with a strong ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
