LCMS Director
Job Description:
As the Director of LCMS Bioanalysis you will hold responsibility for the sites contribution to global bioanalytical activities and being responsible for bioanalytical method development and validation.
This role will see you in charge of ensuring the punctual execution and scientific excellence of studies related to the development and validation of bioanalytical methods. You will prioritise bioanalytical prospects to ensure high standards are maintained across the site.
You will collaborate with global leaders to ensure the Bioanalysis complies with all regulation as well as satisfy the clients requirements. The key responsibilities for the role are as follows.

Leadership - Lead and guide the global method development and validation function.
Team Management - Manage global teams, fostering excellence and continuous improvement
Operational Excellence - Oversee new LCMS bioanalytical opportunities and efficient analytical procedure delivery.
Performance Reporting - Produce regular performance reports, covering critical areas.
Resource Development - Develop staff, ensuring a high-quality workforce.
Compliance and Safety - Ensure regulatory compliance, safety, and client satisfaction.
Global Strategy - Execute the global strategic plan and allocate resources.
Resource Management - Develop resources to meet present and future needs
Administration - Implement programs within the Global function.
Technology Alignment - Ensure alignment with market requirements.
Additional Duties - Perform related tasks contributing to organizational success.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years’ experience as an associate director in a CRO environment
- Vast experience in the management of LCMS bioanalysis method development and validation
- Significant supervisory experience of multiple bioanalysis teams.
- Financial management skills.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
