HSEQ Advisor
Salary: from £35,000 to £39,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: Full time, 37.5h/week
Locations: Norwich

6 months fixed term contract with a possibility of extension

We have an immediate requirement to appoint a SHEQ Advisor to work for an Environmental client on a 6m FTC basis. The SHEQ Advisor will be responsible for the Safety, Health, Environmental & Quality of a handful of sites in the region. This client's work involves ground investigation & earthworks so experience with excavations and associated hazards would be beneficial.

Responsibilities:

Weekly site inspections
Carrying out detailed accident/incident investigations promptly
Carrying out weekly toolbox talks for all staff
Experience in completing Permits to break ground and signing off
The possibility to visit other local sites as and when required

You will ideally have the following experience:

NEBOSH General
NEBOSH Construction
NEBOSH Environment
Experience on site (muddy boot experience)
H&S and Environment audit experience
Valid CSCS card
Valid UK driving license
Good IT skills and knowledge of Excel and word
