My client is main contractor operating in the Commercial, Healthcare, Retail sectors, are seeking to recruit and experienced and effective M&E project/ site manager to work alongside the Construction Delivery team, based in Hertfordshire.

Duties & Responsibilities: The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing/ working on the M&E packages on multiple regional projects.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing all aspects of M&E Services for those projects, to include but not limited to: specification, design, procurement of sub-contractors, health & safety, installation, snagging and commissioning.

Previous experience working on projects £5m+ in value, as an M&E site or Project Manager is essential

Full project lifecycle experience and Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Construction Management, or comparable qualification + experience is essential for this role.
