Your New Role as Management Accountant:

Reporting to their engaging divisional finance lead, as Management Accountant responsibilities will include:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts and Group consolidated accounts
• Supporting with statutory accounting requirements including audit, being the primary point of contact for auditors
• Preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Cash flow reporting
• VAT reconciliations
• Intercompany account reconciliations
• Provision of ad hoc reports as required, to aid effective decision making
• Support with ongoing system and process developments, being a key player in continual improvement initiatives

Experience & Qualifications Required to Apply:

The ideal candidate will be proven in a similar level Management Accounting position, ideally with knowledge of a manufacturing or product based business. Strong communication skills are required, with the ability to influence and challenge where required. Strong IT skills are essential including Excel as you will be using complex models and spreadsheets, handling large data volumes. Lots of growth and change is taking place within the Group currently, as such opportunities for career advancement will become available.
