Operations Manager - Western Expats Only, Single Status Preferred

SAR 85k per month (£220k p.a) + accommodation

Kenton Black International is proud to be working with one of the leading project management consultancies in the international construction industry and we're excited to be assisting them in their search for this senior, program critical position.

The successful candidate will report directly to the client and the Program Director and will be responsible for leading a large program of civil engineering works and managing and motivating 100+ staff, with plans to more than double that number over the next 12 months.

In order to be considered for this role, applicants must have a proven track record in a similar role (Ops Manager, GM, Program Manager) with leading international PMC organisations. Middle East experience is essential and Saudi experience would be even better.

Experience & Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably Civil Engineering)
- Minimum 15 years' experience, with at least 10 being in a management/supervisory position
- Experience working for leading international PMC companies
- Registered as a Professional Engineer (PE) or Chartered Engineer (ICE) status
- Excellent spoken and written English language skills
