My client is a prestigious organisation in the STEM field, looking to take their production team to the next level with the introduction of a commercially savvy, LEAN minded production manager.

The position comes at a time of fantastic growth opportunity within the business and would enable the new operations manager to take the reigns and make some positive changes in the business

This is an opportunity to take on a highly skilled and motivated team of operatives with a great team culture. They are looking for a motivated leader to put their own stamp on the role and make it their own.

You should have:
• The ability to develop, monitor and report on KPIs for the department, with focus on customer service, growth and operational effectiveness.
• Strong people management skills being able to provide clear instructions with the ability to effectively delegate where required.
• The ability to maintain good relations with existing clients whilst developing new opportunities through quality delivery and regular feedback.
