Job Title: Organic Lab Manager

Are you passionate about organic chemistry and laboratory management? Do you thrive in a collaborative research environment? We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Organic Lab Manager.

Responsibilities:
• Lab Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the organic chemistry laboratory, ensuring a safe, Documentation: Keep meticulous records of experiments, protocols, and procedures. Contribute to research reports and publications as necessary.
• GC Expertise: Utilize your expertise in Gas Chromatography (GC) techniques to enhance analytical capabilities and ensure high-quality results.
• Training and Guidance: Train new lab members in laboratory procedures, techniques, and safety practices. Provide ongoing mentorship and supervision.
• UKAS 17025: Apply your knowledge of UKAS 17025 accreditation requirements to maintain a compliant and well-organized laboratory environment.

Qualifications:
• Master's or Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry or a related field.
• Proven experience in laboratory management, preferably in an organic chemistry context.
• Profound knowledge of organic synthesis techniques, laboratory equipment, and safety protocols.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and adaptability to a research-oriented setting.
• Experience with Gas Chromatography (GC) techniques.
• Familiarity with UKAS 17025 accreditation standards.
