Kenton Black are proud to represent an award winning financial firm within the Leeds area who are seeking to appoint a REMOTE or HYBRID Payroll Executive. Working as part of a dynamic, friendly team, you will undertake a varied role dealing with your own portfolio of clients, dealing with client and HMRC queries, processing payrolls end to end at multi intervals and undertaking administration duties. This role offers REMOTE or Hybrid or office working, however you MUST be able to commute to the Leeds office every fortnight for meetings if working remotely.

Duties included but not limited to:

Payroll processing at multi intervals via Sage/Xero
Dealing with SMP/SSP
Client queries and HMRC liaison
Auto-enrolment/pension processing
Dealing with client queries over the telephone
Collating and input of payroll information
Working as part of a busy payroll team
Undertaking associated administration duties

Person Specification:

Previous experience of running weekly/monthly payrolls full end to end within an accountancy practice/bureau environment- Essential
Knowledge of SAGE 50 cloud and Xero (training can be provided)
Can do attitude with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
Auto-enrolment/pensions experience
HMRC and client liaison skills, able to deal with payroll queries
Able to work in a team based environment
