Kenton Black Finance are delighted to represent a very friendly professional company who are now seeking to appoint a capable and experienced Payroll Administrator to join their stable and easygoing payroll team. This superb opportunity requires someone with accountancy practice experience in an existing Payroll specialist role who is now seeking to join a friendly firm offering a great place to work!

Working as part of a team of four you will undertake a varied full end to end payroll processing role looking after your own portfolio of clients and undertake the following duties:

• Full end to end payroll processing in the main your own portfolio of clients, however do swop/share clients if on holiday and need to be able to deal with each other’s clients. Dealing with around 40/45 clients with some larger payrolls for clients as well.
• Undertaking weekly, monthly, 4 weekly and some fortnightly payroll via SAGE system
• Auto enrolment – varied schemes including NEST
• CIS
• HMRC queries
• Dealing with clients
• SMP/SSP
• P45/P46

Person Specification

Previous experience within a similar role running full end to end payrolls from start to finish
Able to work to deadlines with strong time management skills
Good client liaison skills with a confident friendly telephone manner
Proactive and innovative approach to resolving queries
Ideally knowledge of SAGE - not essential

Hours: 35 hour week 9-5 pm
