Kenton Black Finance are proud to represent an expanding professional company in the Newcastle area area who are now seeking to appoint an experienced Payroll Administrator to process and assist with the operations of full end to end client payrolls via Payrite. Ideally the successful applicant will possess strong end to end previous payroll and client liaison experience within a practice accountancy/bureau environment. HOWEVER my client will also consider candidates from a payroll role within an inhouse payroll processing role.

Your New Role as Payroll Administrator

You will be undertaking payroll duties for a portfolio of clients looking after their daily needs and queries working as part and providing support as part of a lively & friendly team in a busy payroll department.

Day To Day Duties:

Duties will include but not limited to:

· Responsible for full end to end payroll weekly/monthly/fortnightly/ 4 weekly payrolls on behalf of a varied portfolio of clients- using Payrite payroll system (Full training provided on in house system)

· Dealing with SMP/SSP/SPP

· Responsible for setting up payrolls on behalf of clients as directed by the Payroll Manager

· Dealing with payroll queries and payroll services quotations directly with new and existing clients

· Have some knowledge of creating payroll data/reports

· Processing of P46/P45/P60's

· Setting up of Auto enrolment pensions and much more!

Experience & Qualifications Required To Apply:

This is an excellent opportunity for a Payroll Administrator with full end to end payroll processing, client liaison and ideally accountancy/bureau practice experience (however my client will also consider Industry experience !
