Kenton Black Finance are proud to represent this friendly and established professional company in Cannock, Stafford who are seeking to appoint an experienced Payroll Administrator for an office /hybrid role. Ideally the successful applicant will possess 2ys+ end to end payroll processing experience within a practice accountancy/bureau environment. HOWEVER my client will also consider candidates from within an inhouse payroll processing role in any industry!

Your New Role as Payroll Administrator:

You will be undertaking full end to end payroll duties within a small and friendly payroll team running as a team up to 200 payrolls with c 60 employees via SAGE payroll system (system training provided) This role offers variety and interesting client workload and the opportunity to study for your professional CIPP qualification!

Day To Day Duties:

Duties will include but not limited to:

Undertaking full end to end payroll weekly/monthly payrolls on behalf of a number of clients,
Full training provided on SAGE payroll system
Dealing with auto enrolment pension contributions and updating details with providers
Inputting payroll, running reports and creating payslips.
CIS (training can be provided)
Resolving queries with clients and HMRC
Adding new starters/processing leavers, processing P45/P46's
Dealing with SSP/SMP.
Working through the end of year process
Ad hoc duties as required.

Experience & Qualifications Required To Apply:

This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll specialist with full end to end payroll processing experience and ideally accountancy practice experience (however my client will consider payroll experience within another industry or Bureau experience !
