The ideal applicant will possess end to end payroll processing experience within ideally a practice accountancy/bureau environment.

Your New Role as Payroll Administrator:

The successful Payroll Administrator will undertake full end to end payroll duties within a team of 8 dealing with their own portfolio of clients running payrolls weekly/fortnightly/monthly payrolls via SAGE for a variety of clients (system training provided) This role offers variety and interesting client workload and the opportunity to join a really lovely, friendly and established payroll team.

Day To Day Duties:

Duties will include but not limited to:

Undertaking full end to end payroll weekly/fortnightly/monthly payrolls via SAGE and Xero payroll (training can be provided as soon moving onto Brightpay) running your own portfolio of clients with different sizes of payrolls.
Dealing with Auto enrolment pension contributions/updating details with providers
Responding to client queries and dealing with HMRC queries
Dealing with new starters/processing leavers, processing P45/P46's
Dealing with SSP/SMP/SPP/SHPP
Working through the end of year process

Experience & Qualifications Required To Apply:
