Due to continued business success, are seeking a Payroll Administrator. Working as part of a very friendly and supportive team, you will undertake a busy, varied payroll processing role dealing with a variety of client businesses across the region. Dealing with payroll processing on a weekly/monthly basis together with client and HMRC queries.

This is a great opportunity to work as part of a stable and successful payroll team who are passionate about providing an exceptional payroll service to their loyal clients. This role would be suitable for an experienced individual with previous payroll processing experience ideally within an accountancy/bureau environment, HOWEVER my client will also consider applicants from industry with multi interval payroll processing experience. This role is open to both FULL TIME AND PART TIME CANDIDATES.

Duties included but not limited to:

Payroll processing - Brightpay (training can be provided)
Dealing with weekly and monthly payrolls for varied employee numbers from director only to larger payrolls.
SMP/SSP
New starters/leavers, P45's, P46's
Payroll administration
Client invoicing
Pension auto-enrolment
Dealing with client and HMRC queries
Working as part of a busy payroll team who all pull together and support each other

Person Specification:

Previous experience of running weekly and monthly full end to end payrolls within an accountancy/bureau ideally, however multi interval payroll processing experience within industry will also be considered.
Knowledge of Brightpay (ideally previous knowledge, training can be provided)
Auto-enrolment/pensions experience
HMRC and client liaison experience, able to deal with payroll queries
Friendly, proactive with a "can do" personality, able to work in a team environment who is highly organised and enjoys dealing with clients
