Kenton Black Finance are delighted to represent a friendly professional firm in the Northampton area, who now due to continued business expansion, are seeking to appoint a REMOTE/HYBRID or OFFICE based Payroll Administrator to join their small and friendly payroll team The role requires previous experience within a similar end to end payroll processing role, undertaking payroll processing for multi payrolls across a varied portfolio of clients, therefore a bureau/accountancy practice background with knowledge of SAGE 50 would be advantageous. This role is available on a to work REMOTE, HYBRID OR OFFICE based!

Your New Role As Payroll Administrator:

Working as part of a small, friendly payroll team either REMOTE, HYBRID OR OFFICE based, you will be responsible for providing full end to end payroll processing for your own portfolio of small to larger sized clients on a weekly, fortnightly, monthly basis using a SAGE payroll system.

Day To Day Duties:

Full end to end payroll processing - ideally experience of either SAGE payroll systems (training can be provided) i
Dealing with BACS payments
Dealing with HMRC queries
RTI
Auto enrolment pension schemes,
SSP/SMP
Dealing with client queries
Setting up of new payroll clients
Processing of P45/P46’s, P60’s

Experience & Qualifications Required To Apply:

The successful candidate should possess previous payroll processing experience ideally within an accountancy/bureau environment, however inhouse payroll processing at multi intervals and volumes will also be considered.
Knowledge of SAGE payroll (training can be provided). In addition, you will possess a professional and friendly disposition, with a high level of attention to detail and have a solid knowledge of payroll processing.
