Kenton Black Finance are representing an established professional financial firm in Doncaster part of a vast office network seeking to appoint an experienced Payroll Executive for an office based role. The successful applicant will ideally possess end to end payroll processing experience within either a practice accountancy/bureau or inhouse payroll role in another industry, processing multiple interval payrolls.

Your New Role as Payroll Executive:

You will be undertaking full end to end payroll duties within a fast moving payroll team of 12, processing weekly/fortnightly/monthly payrolls via SAGE 50 for a varied client portfolio from 1 Director to c 250 employees (system training provided) This role offers a varied, interesting client workload a within a friendly and stable team based environment.

Day To Day Duties:

Duties will include but not limited to:

Undertaking full end to end payroll weekly/fortnightly/monthly payrolls via SAGE payroll (training provided on SAGE payroll system)
Auto enrolment pension contributions, updating details with providers
Inputting payroll, resolving client queries
Dealing with HMRC
Processing new starters/leavers, P45/P46's
Dealing with SSP/SMP.
Dealing with RTI
Payroll administration duties.

Experience & Qualifications Required To Apply:

This is a superb opportunity for a payroll specialist with c 2yrs previous full end to end payroll processing experience, ideally with an accountancy/bureau background or inhouse payroll processing expertise to join this thriving professional firm.
